We're looking for a Technical Director (m/f/d) for our Demolition/Gutting/Hazardous Material Remediation department at our Achstetten location as soon as possible.
Tasks at KS
- Independently manage the operational area and staff
- Negotiate with clients, authorities, planners, and subcontractors
- Strategic planning and development of the department
- Capacity and resource planning
- Support colleagues in construction management
- Motivate and lead the team
We're looking forward to
- A completed degree in civil engineering or alternatively a completed training as a construction technician (m/f/d)
- Leadership experience and negotiation skills
