Our Mission:

Together with the experts from Marti GmbH Germany and Marti Gründungstechnik AG from Switzerland, we are building the new business area of special foundation engineering. Marti Gründungstechnik AG has over 40 years of experience in executing displacement piles and has successfully implemented over four million linear meters of piles across Europe. It is the only company offering two highly developed, 100% full displacement drilling pile systems – sMartex and Fundex – characterized by a drilling depth of up to 45 m, vibration-free, noise-reduced construction, and high environmental compatibility. This technical expertise and innovative strength form the foundation for your success in entering the German market.

Strategic Development & Market Exploration:

• Build and strategically develop the special foundation engineering business area with a focus on displacement piles
• Market analysis and regional acquisition in Northern Germany

Project Management & Implementation:

• Lead and independently design the first projects, especially in the initial phase
• Build and lead your own team to realize challenging projects
• Freedom for your own ideas and innovative solutions in planning and implementation
• Ensure the highest quality standards

Collaboration & Networking:

• Close cooperation and knowledge transfer with specialists from Marti GmbH Germany and Marti Gründungstechnik AG from Switzerland
• Utilize and further develop existing synergies within the Marti Group

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
• Proven experience in special foundation engineering, especially in the production of displacement piles
• Knowledge in calculation, acquisition, and project management
• Initial experience in personnel management
• High willingness to travel and readiness to actively shape the location in Northern Germany
