What to expect

• Independent and responsible realization of challenging construction projects in turnkey construction
• Leading and coordinating subcontractors on construction sites
• Ensuring quality, timely, and cost-effective execution of all work on the construction site
• Preparing tenders and negotiating, awarding, and billing subcontractor services

What you bring

• Degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in managing construction projects
• Technical competence, economic thinking, initiative, and solution-oriented organizational skills
• Enjoy coordinating complex processes, teamwork, and flexibility
