Your Tasks
- Overseeing construction execution
- Coordinating subcontractors
- Checking completed work for completeness, quality, and adherence to deadlines
- Ensuring quality completion in line with the schedule
Your Profile
- Training as a certified foreman in building construction or a comparable qualified education in the construction field
- Leadership skills, assertiveness, and persistence in meeting agreed deadlines and quality standards
- Problem-solving skills and technical understanding
- Commitment and organizational talent, as well as independent, responsible, and careful work
