What you will do with us
For our location in Karlsruhe and our regional construction projects in the district and the region, we are looking for you as soon as possible.
Tasks:
- Leading a crew
- Goal-oriented and timely preparation and execution of construction sites
- Planning, execution, control, and ensuring the construction process in coordination with the site management
- Supporting the site management, e.g., with clients or authorities
- Economic planning of personnel, equipment, and materials
- Implementation of occupational safety, health, and environmental protection measures
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in road construction or a comparable qualification
- Further training as a "Certified Foreman" or "Site Foreman" or a comparable qualification
- Relevant leadership experience is an advantage
- Ideally qualified to operate construction machinery (especially excavators)
- PC skills desirable (Email, Microsoft Word, and Excel)
- Teamwork skills, assertiveness, and a sense of responsibility
- Independent and committed working style
- Class B driver's license
