Your Tasks:

• You independently manage our construction sites (painting, ETICS, etc.), including work preparation, material disposition, and personnel planning
• You provide expert advice and support to existing and new customers
• You are the contact person on the construction site for your team, your customers, and the suppliers
• You are responsible for solving technical problems on the construction site
• You handle the preparation of offers, calculation, and post-calculation of orders

Your Qualifications:

• You have completed further training as a master painter and varnisher (m/f/d) and want to develop further
• You bring calculation experience
• You have experience in leading your own team
• You possess strong communication skills, organizational talent, and self-responsibility
