💪 Your Mission in Detail

🔹 You independently coordinate all construction activities in tunnel construction – from planning to completion. 🔹 You ensure the projects are completed on time, within quality standards, and on budget. 🔹 You organize and lead construction teams directly on-site. 🔹 You monitor compliance with work safety and environmental protection regulations. 🔹 You are the main contact for clients, authorities, and internal project participants. 🔹 You document project progress and create meaningful reports.

🧱 What You Bring

✅ Completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification (e.g., as a construction technician). ✅ Initial practical experience in construction management – ideally in the tunnel or infrastructure project environment. ✅ Understanding of complex construction processes and technical finesse. ✅ Proficient in MS Office – knowledge of iTWO or similar construction software is a plus. ✅ Strong communication skills, initiative, and teamwork ability. ✅ Willingness to travel for project-related assignments within Germany.
