Are you passionate about geology, tunnel construction, and technical challenges? In this exciting role, you'll combine analytical work in the technical office with hands-on site visits across Germany.
💼 Your Role
As the link between planning and execution, you'll support our tunnel construction projects from the initial idea to realization:
🔹 Participate in cost estimation and technical proposal processing for complex infrastructure projects 🔹 Geotechnical analysis and evaluation of soil information, as well as support in creating technical concepts 🔹 Accompany soil investigations and assess soil and rock mechanics parameters 🔹 Site visits for quality assurance, documentation, and consulting – no extensive travel, but occasional on-site presence 🔹 Close collaboration with construction management, work preparation, and project management
🧠 What You Bring
✔️ Completed studies in Geology, Engineering Geology, Geotechnics, or Civil Engineering ✔️ Interest in tunnel construction, rock mechanics, and geotechnical issues ✔️ Initial work experience or internships in geotechnics, soil investigation, or execution are a plus ✔️ Willingness for day trips to tunnel construction sites ✔️ Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and team spirit ✔️ Good knowledge of MS Office, ideally also in AutoCAD or GGU software

📍 Location & Perspective
You'll mainly work at our Stuttgart location in the technical office – with occasional assignments on our tunnel construction sites nationwide.
