To strengthen our team in Stuttgart, we are looking for an experienced individual for the estimation and technical proposal processing of complex infrastructure projects.

🔍 Your Detailed Responsibilities

As an experienced estimator (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the economic and technical proposal development:

• You estimate complex tunnel construction projects, particularly in open and conventional construction methods.
• You develop technical concepts and special proposals that combine economic benefits and technical feasibility.
• You analyze tender documents, identify opportunities and risks, and create structured bills of quantities.
• You coordinate internal and external participants (e.g., specialist planners, suppliers, partners) and work closely with the department and construction management.
• You accompany contract negotiations and are a sparring partner in project acquisition.

🎯 What You Should Bring

• Completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience (at least 5 years) in the estimation of large projects
• In-depth knowledge of construction estimation software (e.g., iTWO) and construction contract law (VOB)
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and a keen sense of costs, deadlines, and feasibility
• Team player with assertiveness, reliability, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
