What you will do with us
- You build and lead the electrical team both technically and operationally, focusing on quality, safety, and efficiency.
- You work closely with the founder on offers, planning, organization, and customer matters.
- You contribute to strategic questions and the expansion of the business.
- You plan and oversee projects, and initially, you also get hands-on to deliver high-quality work with the team.
- You further develop internal processes, ensure smooth operations, and keep an eye on legal requirements.
