What you will do with us
SPIE Wiegel GmbH is looking for you to join us immediately as Construction Manager / Senior Foreman m/f/d Your Profile: - Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation technology or a comparable qualification (e.g., gas, water installer, heating and ventilation builder) - Additional qualifications are advantageous (e.g., welding courses, senior foreman or construction manager training) - At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position - Experience with projects in the field of technical building equipment, as well as industrial piping and plant construction - Desirable are IT skills in relevant construction software and knowledge of MS Office applications - German language skills (at least Level B2) Your Tasks: - Project and customer support on our construction sites in the areas of sanitary/heating/ventilation - Leading the assembly and subcontractor team to ensure contract-compliant implementation of individual projects on-site - Creating contract-compliant billing bases in the form of measurements - Disposition of material and personnel - Direct coordination with customers, planners, architects, and external trades We Offer: - Permanent employment contract - Fixed location - No travel required - Vacation pay - 30 days of vacation - Christmas bonus - Capital-forming benefits - Company bike leasing - Company health insurance - Subsidy for daycare - Employee shares - Health programs - Corporate benefits program - Further training - Employee events - Work clothing and PPE - Bonus up to €2,550: For successful recruitment through the employee referral program "Good People Know Good People" We are very much looking forward to your application!
