Your Tasks:

• Expert advice and support for existing customers and acquiring new customers
• Responsibility for the technical and commercial execution of renovation and refurbishment projects
• Handling tenders, calculations, and work preparation
• You are the on-site contact for customers, suppliers, and employees
• You are responsible for timely and cost-effective execution

Your Qualifications:

• You have a degree as a civil engineer, technician, or master craftsman
• You have experience in the complete management of construction sites in renovation and new construction
• Confident demeanor, negotiation skills, independence, and enjoyment of teamwork
• Proficient in common office applications
• Ambitious beginners are welcome and will be further trained with a goal-oriented approach
• Proficient in MS Office standard software
