What you will do with us
For our location in Freudenstadt and our regional construction projects in the district and the region, we're looking for you as soon as possible. Tasks: - Managing construction projects in road and civil engineering - Organizing and planning the construction process - Coordinating our own construction teams and subcontractors - Billing of construction measures - Creating work calculations and being responsible for project controlling - Regular site inspections and documentation - Conducting negotiations for additional work with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors in consultation with the technical department and group management Qualifications: - Completed studies in civil engineering (Diploma, Bachelor, Master) or a comparable qualification - Relevant professional experience in a similar position is an advantage - Proficient in MS Office applications and ideally industry-specific software - Solid knowledge of construction contract law and VOB - Entrepreneurial thinking and action, as well as an independent, committed, and responsible working style - Assertiveness and negotiation skills complete your profile
