What you will do with us

Your Tasks
- Commissioning and coordinating internal and external planners
- Reviewing building permits, ensuring all conditions are met until construction approval is obtained
- Providing all necessary documents and calculations for processing the planning
- Aligning the planning with the services owed in the construction contract, regulations, DIN standards, and internal guidelines
- Managing planners regarding planning times and creating planning protocols and handing them over to project participants
- Contributing to the planning development and optimization of the townhouse product
Your Profile
- A degree in architecture, training as a construction technician, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, some initial work experience in phase 5
- Good user knowledge in CAD and MS Office, as well as a good technical understanding, are expected
- Familiarity with relevant standards, regulations, and state building codes
