Your Tasks
- Taking on process responsibility for the townhouse production system
- Designing and leading processes around project management
- Acting as a liaison with area and site management as well as other departments like project development, costing, sampling, and technical customer consulting
- Overseeing construction projects from planning to handover
- Creating budgets and controlling costs
- Direct collaboration with the technical management
Your Profile
- A degree in architecture, civil engineering, real estate management, or a comparable qualification
- Initial work experience in turnkey construction is desirable
- Enjoy coordinating, organizing, and optimizing processes
- Strong communication skills and commitment
- Independent, reliable, and conscientious work style
