Architect (m/f/d) in Execution Planning

Your Tasks

• Commissioning and coordinating internal and external planners
• Reviewing building permits, ensuring all conditions are met until construction approval is obtained
• Providing all necessary documents and calculations for processing the planning
• Aligning the planning with the services owed in the construction contract, regulations, DIN standards, and internal guidelines
• Managing planners regarding planning times and creating planning protocols and handing them over to project participants
• Contributing to the planning development and optimization of the townhouse product

Your Profile

• A degree in architecture, training as a construction technician, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, some initial work experience in phase 5
• Good user knowledge in CAD and MS Office, as well as a good technical understanding, are expected
• Familiarity with relevant standards, regulations, and state building codes
