Construction Engineer

A bit about me: I'm 57 years old and have primarily been involved in the creation of expert reports for real estate. After several years of working as a civil engineer on a nationwide basis, for example for district and regional courts, I subsequently completed a degree as an expert. Since 1999, I have been self-employed in my own engineering and expert office for construction, with a focus on the valuation of real estate and properties, building damage and construction documentation. Here, I was able to apply my already existing practical knowledge. Currently, I am working for one of the largest housing companies and prefabricated house manufacturers in the greater Stuttgart/Frankfurt area and surroundings, as well as in the new federal states (SÜDLINK / Trasse). As a project manager, my main responsibilities include: - Implementation of projects - Preparation, coordination and support of the entire project process - Acceptance of services for the builder - Awarding of construction services to third parties - Technical inspections in the execution phases - Coordination, organization in the different processing stages - Participation in property and land issues - etc.... My practical work has shown me that I really enjoy this area. My strengths include: diligence, a quick grasp of things and a sense of responsibility. I am also naturally willing to regularly provide more time and performance as required.
