As a dedicated maintenance technician with over four years of professional experience in building maintenance, particularly in the areas of electricity, HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) and plumbing, I am seeking a position in a reputable company to contribute my skills and knowledge to the growth of the organization. My expertise includes the installation and maintenance of electrical and energy systems, carrying out minor repairs and maintaining HVAC systems as well as plumbing. I am responsible for maintenance and minor repair work in apartments, offices and other communal areas, including the inspection and replacement of electrical parts and components, maintaining pool safety and maintaining fire protection equipment. My key qualifications also include assisting in the repair of HVAC systems, investigating and rectifying mechanical and electrical malfunctions, and assisting in troubleshooting to ensure efficient and effective operation of the entire building system, known as BMS. I have a solid knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop CS3, BMS systems (SIEMENS) and programmable logic controllers (PLC). I have an SSC degree from Shariatpur Technical School with 85% in 2007 and hold a certificate in audio-video systems from the same institution. In addition, I have participated in personal business activities in the field of electronics sales and installation and hold a trade certificate from the ProSearch Training Center as well as a fire protection and building safety training by the EFS safety officer. With my diverse experience and training, combined with my passion for technology and continuous further education, I am eager to apply and further develop my expertise in a dynamic environment.
