Construction Technician

I am an experienced construction technician and technical manager with extensive practice in renovation, construction management, and property management. With over 30 years of professional experience – many of those years as an operations manager and master parquet layer – I bring deep expertise in planning, executing, and overseeing construction and renovation projects. My skills include measurement, preparing quotes, awarding contracts, construction supervision, and inspections, as well as the technical management of residential and commercial properties. I also have numerous additional qualifications, including mold remediation (Dekra), building drying, and fire protection. I am solution-oriented, reliable, and organized, and I am looking for a new challenge where I can apply my experience in renovation measures, technical building management, and construction coordination.
