Construction Engineer

I'm a highly motivated construction project manager with over 10 years of experience in overseeing complex construction projects from conception to completion. My strengths lie in planning, scheduling, and managing all aspects of construction to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. I excel in strong leadership skills and communication abilities, and have a proven track record of achieving high-quality results through collaboration and teamwork. In my current role as a project manager for interior fit-out and renovation, I oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control. I have a good understanding and practical experience with standard contract forms such as NEC3, and I am skilled in risk management and developing contingency plans. Previously, I worked as a project engineer where I utilized my technical expertise to oversee and coordinate all on-site engineering activities, particularly in highway projects. My experience also includes implementing strict quality control measures, working closely with project managers, and monitoring on-site construction activities. I hold a Master of Science in Construction Project Management from Robert Gordon University in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Federal University Oye-Ekiti in Nigeria. My relevant skills include Primavera P6, MS Project, budgeting and cost control, risk management, leadership and team building, as well as communication and reporting.
