With over 26 years of international experience in construction and project management, specializing in civil and structural engineering, I bring a wealth of expertise to the planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale projects. My career includes successfully leading projects in bridge construction, road and highway construction, tunnel construction (NATM), as well as in building construction, including airports, industrial facilities, and urban infrastructure. I have solid knowledge in technical implementation, contract management, quality assurance, and financial management, supported by my master's degrees in civil engineering and mechanical engineering. My skills also include fluent communication in German and English, efficient team leadership, and the application of modern management methods such as BIM and Lean Construction.
