Site Manager

I'm an experienced construction manager with extensive expertise in site supervision, project management, and construction management. My skills include site management, job planning, material estimation, as well as new construction and renovation. Currently, I work as a construction manager, where I'm responsible for effectively executing assigned tasks, collaborating professionally with other departments, and responsibly handling projects and framework contracts. I continuously ensure site safety, monitor performance and quality, and regularly document work progress in the construction daily report. Additionally, I professionally coordinate subcontractors and efficiently resolve any issues and conflicts that arise. Before my current position, I was a self-employed parquet layer, creating custom quotes, purchasing flooring and accessories, advising clients, and performing various flooring tasks. I've worked on both residential and commercial construction projects, always maintaining high standards. I completed my training as a parquet layer at In-Form-Wohnen Parkett. I speak fluent German and have extensive knowledge in team leadership and compliance with safety standards.
