I'm currently working as a branch manager and authorized officer at Vinci Facilities Solution GmbH and am looking for a new challenge as a senior construction manager or project manager in building construction. With over 25 years of experience in construction and project management, I've successfully overseen numerous large-scale projects in building and civil engineering – from turnkey construction of office, industrial, and residential buildings to infrastructure and specialized foundation engineering projects. During this time, I've deepened my expertise in construction management, contract and procurement law (VOB/BGB), lean management, and Building Information Modeling (BIM). My strengths lie in strategic project management, leading interdisciplinary teams, and optimizing construction processes. I take responsibility for quality, budget, and deadlines and am used to communicating on equal terms with clients, authorities, and subcontractors. I'm seeking a leadership position in building construction where I can apply my knowledge in project management, personnel leadership, and economic control to efficiently and successfully implement challenging construction projects.
