Site Manager

I'm a trained wood mechanic with a journeyman's certificate as a carpenter and a master's degree from the Federal Technical School of the German Carpentry Trade in Kassel. I also have a certification as a specialist construction manager from TÜV Rheinland. My work experience includes roles as a carpenter, where I've built and assembled houses, halls, and carports using timber frame construction, as well as performed roofing work and old building renovations. As a master carpenter at an exhibition construction company in Frankfurt am Main, I was responsible for creating work and detail drawings, material logistics, CNC machine operation, and international project work. My experience as a Senior Technical Consultant in Shanghai and as a construction manager in timber and turnkey construction includes site supervision, negotiations with architects and clients, preparing quotes, cost and quality control, and managing employees and trainees. I have extensive knowledge of CAD software like CADwork and AutoCAD, as well as MS Office. I also have a forklift license and speak good English.
