I'm an experienced project manager with a Master of Business Administration & Engineering in Automotive from the University of Applied Sciences for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (FHM) in Germany. During my studies, I specialized in project management, process management, and strategy, and successfully completed my degree. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University in India. Throughout my career, I've gained extensive experience in various roles. As a Project Management Office Intern at IAV GmbH in Germany, I led multiple projects and collaborated with a cross-functional team of 18 members to ensure all project goals were met within the defined scope, timeframe, and to the satisfaction of the clients. I developed and maintained project plans, tracked milestones, and reported progress to senior management. Additionally, I conducted risk analyses and implemented risk mitigation measures. At AMDIS Media and IT Services GmbH, I worked as a Project Management Intern, gaining valuable insights into future mobility and supporting project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects. In my role as a Trainee Engineer at Raj Enterprises in India, I oversaw projects from quality control to delivery and implemented process optimizations to improve product quality. I've also completed internships at Matrix Robotics Pvt. Ltd in India and Accenture in Germany, where I further honed my project and process management skills. I'm fluent in English, have intermediate proficiency in German, and my native language is Marathi. I'm skilled in using various project management tools like Agile Framework, SCRUM, Waterfall, JIRA, and Confluence, as well as technical applications like Microsoft Excel, MS Project, Power BI, and SAP ERP. My certifications include Google Project Management, Advanced MS Excel, Primavera P6, and Power BI.
