Trade Supervisor

I'm an experienced professional in the painting and varnishing trade with a master's degree and extensive expertise as a construction expert, appraiser, and specialist lecturer. My career started with an apprenticeship as a painter and varnisher, followed by roles as a foreman, department manager in the paint trade, and field sales representative for a paint manufacturer. Later, I worked as a sales consultant and training manager for a leading building paint manufacturer, where I supported wholesale partners, conducted product training, and achieved sales targets in the field. I qualified as a certified materials consultant for the paint wholesale industry and have additional qualifications such as TÜV-certified mold inspector and building energy consultant. For over a decade, I've been working independently as a construction expert and support various educational institutions as a freelance lecturer in retraining and exam preparation in the painting and varnishing trade, as well as in building and corrosion protection. My focus as a lecturer is on technical theory, practical guidance, and construction-specific topics like building waterproofing. Currently, I'm also working as a project manager in fire and water damage restoration. With my comprehensive expertise, teaching skills, and ability to convey complex content to diverse groups, I contribute to professional development and qualification. Reliability, organizational strength, and a confident demeanor are as much a part of me as my enjoyment of working with clients, colleagues, and participants.
