Taulant Gashi

I'm an experienced civil engineer with extensive hands-on experience in high-rise and turnkey construction. Throughout my career, I've worked as a construction manager on major projects in Kosovo, where I was responsible for project organization, material procurement, construction supervision, and quality control. My core skills include independent site planning, reading and implementing plans, and motivating and responsible leadership on the construction site. I hold a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from UBT in Pristina and have extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and other industry-specific software solutions. Besides my native language Albanian, I speak German and French at a B1-B2 level and have basic knowledge of English. My strengths are reliability, solution orientation, and decision-making and communication skills. I'm looking for a new professional challenge where I can apply and further develop my skills and experience.
