I'm a master carpenter with 45 years of experience and have been working as a construction manager for 9 years. My focus is on complex core renovations – I've been in this field for 25 years. I particularly value working with existing structures because it requires experience, foresight, and the ability to find pragmatic solutions. I've worked for a long time with Vonovia, especially in the area of energy-efficient renovations, and with Goldbeck, the largest German family-owned company, where I was involved in large projects with exceptional budgets. I'm not an architect or engineer, but I bring practical skills and decades of experience to the table. I'm friendly, down-to-earth, and work reliably and efficiently. I'm okay with a 50 km radius.
