With extensive experience in construction management and project management, I bring solid knowledge and hands-on experience in coordinating and overseeing construction projects. Currently, I work as a construction manager at a renowned company, where I'm co-responsible for ensuring smooth construction processes in terms of schedules, costs, and quality. Previously, I held various senior positions, including trenchless sewer rehabilitation and the construction of care facilities, schools, and residential buildings. My education includes a degree in law with a specialization in traffic law, as well as a technical school degree as a certified construction technician. Additionally, I've completed several specialized training courses as an expert in real estate valuation and building damage assessment. I'm very proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and other relevant software programs. I'm also fluent in English and have a good command of Russian. Personally, I stand out for my teamwork skills, negotiation abilities, and capacity for independent work.
