Managing Director

I am actively looking for new professional opportunities and will be available from February 1st at the latest. Currently, I work as a branch manager and have experience in construction, renovations, and building. Although the advertised position is for a senior project manager, I am flexible and interested in new challenges. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in team management, with up to 35 employees. I have successfully completed projects in schools and hospitals in Munich, ranging from 200,000 euros to 7 million euros. Additionally, I have experience in business development, recruitment, and procurement, including negotiating contract terms. My training as a carpenter and my rapid progression into leadership positions have helped me handle complex projects and restructuring. I have a valid driver's license and am proficient in German, English, as well as construction languages such as Hungarian and Slavic. For my next job, I would like a position as a branch manager or senior project leader. I have enjoyed restructuring, business development, recruitment, and procurement in the past. I would prefer to work in Munich and the surrounding area.
