Site Manager

As a dedicated and experienced civil engineer specializing in civil and structural engineering, I am seeking a new challenge that allows me to further develop my skills and knowledge. After studying civil engineering at Nangarhar University in Afghanistan and successfully having my degree recognized in Germany, I was able to gain valuable practical experience in various positions. Particularly in the areas of construction management, project management, and billing in construction. In Afghanistan, I started my career with internships and a position as a project assistant, which gave me profound insights into planning, monitoring, and project management. Since my arrival in Germany in 2016, I have expanded my skills through continuous further education, including German courses up to level C1, and practical activities. As a construction manager at Fritsche Bau GmbH in Berlin, I am currently responsible for construction supervision, where I have already gained experience in leading up to 20 employees. My technical skills include, among other things, very good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD as well as good knowledge of other CAD programs. I speak fluent German, English, and Persian and have a car driver's license, which allows me flexible work arrangements. I am willing to travel within a radius of 30-40 KM around Berlin for the right job. I am motivated to become part of a team that values good cooperation and a positive working atmosphere. I look forward to contributing my experiences and working together on exciting projects.
