Site Manager

After my experiences in civil engineering, I'm now aiming to kick off as a construction manager in earthworks and civil engineering in Brandenburg. As a civil engineer with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, I bring extensive practical experience in building construction, civil engineering, and project management. After my studies in Afghanistan, I started my career as a construction manager and project assistant and have deepened this knowledge since arriving in Germany. Here, I initially focused on learning the German language and reached the C1 level to integrate optimally into the job market. Since 2020, I've worked in various roles, including as a construction accountant, construction manager, and operations manager, handling site supervision, construction scheduling, surveying, billing, and documentation. My tasks include coordinating subcontractors, creating construction plans with AutoCAD, and processing invoices and change orders. I particularly value my ability to work independently and purposefully, even under high pressure, as I have successfully demonstrated in my current position as operations manager. With my advanced language skills in German and English and my Class B driver's license, I'm flexible and ready to bring my technical skills and intercultural experience as a construction manager to lead challenging projects in earthworks and civil engineering with high professionalism. I'm motivated to become part of a team that values good collaboration and a positive work environment. I'm looking forward to contributing my experiences and working together on exciting projects!
