Architect

I am an experienced Senior Construction Manager and Project Manager with a degree in Architecture and extensive experience in various areas of construction. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed construction sites on both the client and general contractor sides, and have carried out large-scale projects such as villa construction and property evaluation and consulting. In doing so, I have gained valuable experience in project management, coordination of specialized companies, and client representation. I specialize in office fit-outs, interior construction, and core renovations, but I am also familiar with land acquisition and advising clients. This diverse experience has given me a deep understanding of the requirements of complex construction projects and made me a solution-oriented partner who brings projects to a successful and efficient completion. I am open to both freelance work and permanent positions and am looking for new challenges in Germany, particularly in Frankfurt, Berlin, or Hamburg. With fluent Spanish skills and an open attitude towards the European market, I am excited to further expand my project experience in an international environment.
