Project Leader

I'm an experienced Senior Construction Manager and Project Leader with over 15 years of professional experience in commercial construction, residential building, and the technology sector, especially in office fit-outs, interior construction, and major renovations. Currently, I'm working with an internationally active general contractor in the DACH region, where I manage large-scale projects with a volume of over 150 million euros. My responsibilities include leading design+build projects, coordinating with specialized firms, managing interfaces (e.g., MEP, fire protection), and supporting business development with CRM tools. I've worked with clients from the banking and technology sectors and report directly to the management. I particularly enjoy taking on roles as a client representative or project leader on the client's side, as I love steering complex projects and representing the client's interests. My past work includes modernizing prefabricated buildings, major renovations of residential and commercial properties with a focus on renewable energy and MEP, as well as planning and managing new construction and renovation projects, including ecological building and monument protection. I'm experienced in collaborating with specialized firms and coordinating all project phases, from planning to execution. My academic background includes a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Architecture, as well as studies in Art History, Politics, and Modern History at renowned universities. Additionally, I've earned certifications as a fire protection assistant (DGUV, ASR A2.2) and in project management with a general contractor. I speak fluent German, English, and Spanish and have international experience in countries like the USA, China, Spain, England, Lithuania, and Canada. I'm open to the European market and would love to work as a Data Center Project Leader. Possible locations for me include Basel, Zurich, Vienna, Holland, Scandinavia, and Spain, but Hamburg would also be an option. With my expertise in cost optimization, quick implementation, and clear communication across international interfaces, I aim to drive innovative construction and development projects and successfully tackle complex challenges.
