Site Manager

Currently, I work as an electrical engineer, but I am looking for a new professional challenge that allows me to further develop my skills and acquire new knowledge. I hold a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, and I have extensive experience in electrical installation. My career includes roles as a construction manager and project manager, where I have successfully led projects and applied my expertise in turnkey construction and project management, tendering and procurement, as well as quality management. I am capable of efficiently managing projects, leading team members, and consistently delivering high-quality results. My professional journey has allowed me to communicate in various languages - I am fluent in English, Albanian, Croatian, and Slovenian, with basic knowledge of German (A2 level). My skills include not only technical expertise but also a strong motivation to constantly educate myself and learn new technologies and methods. I am willing to travel for projects and flexible regarding my work location, with Lüdenscheid being my preferred location. I am willing to travel for up to one month for projects.
