I'm an experienced and results-driven Senior Project and Construction Manager with extensive experience in the entire lifecycle of construction projects, including project management, design management, site supervision, and building inspection. My projects range from turnkey solutions, residential and hotel buildings, industrial constructions, high-rises, shopping centers, to infrastructure projects. I'm a decisive manager with strong negotiation skills and the ability to adapt to team and project conditions. My skills include improving employee performance, team building, and excellent communication abilities in project acquisition and dealing with project stakeholders. Additionally, I have extensive experience in conflict resolution and am proficient in Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
