As an experienced engineer with a solid background in electronics and network technology, I offer ten years of professional experience in a variety of roles, including as an electrician, electronics technician, fitter, and manager. My expertise not only includes technical support and customer service, but also the efficient execution and monitoring of installation projects as well as the maintenance of data centers. Through my work at the Shatel Information and Communication Technology Group, I was able to significantly expand my skills in network monitoring and technical support, achieving significant improvements in customer support efficiency. I am highly motivated to bring my expertise to a new country and am actively seeking challenges that allow me to develop further and contribute to a company's success story. I have solid IT knowledge, including Python, network security, and the application of MPLS networks, as well as extensive experience in the field of fiber optic technology. In addition, I bring language skills in German (B2), English (B1) and basic knowledge in Turkish (A2), in addition to my native languages Azerbaijani and Persian, which enables me to communicate and work effectively in multicultural environments. I am a team player, adaptable, and possess an international Class B driver's license, which underlines my flexibility and mobility. My interests include learning new skills, listening to music, painting, and occasional music making, which reflects my creative and innovative mindset.
