Site Manager

As an experienced project manager in the construction industry, with over 20 years of professional experience, I am looking for a new challenge in project management or construction management. My career so far includes the successful implementation of large residential construction projects, including 100 apartments in Mannheim, single-family homes, and an extensive housing project with 250 units in Stuttgart City Prag. These projects have not only proven my technical expertise, but also my ability to efficiently lead teams and manage projects. My professional training is diverse and ranges from an apprenticeship as a heating installer to a degree as an industrial clerk, as well as further training as a technical specialist and technical business economist (IHK). In addition, I have acquired various certificates in construction during my career, which underline my comprehensive knowledge and skills in this area. In my next position, I would like to take over the project management or construction management, in order not only to be active on the construction site, but also to be responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of the projects. Leading teams of up to 10 employees is one of my strengths, and I am willing to travel for projects, as long as they do not last several weeks or months. The geographical focus of my job search is in the Stuttgart area, but I am flexible regarding the locations, as long as the conditions are right. An important aspect of my work is the opportunity to not only lead projects, but also to actively participate in their design and implementation. I am available from June 1st and look forward to continuing my career in a dynamic and innovative environment that supports my desire for professional development and challenging projects.
