I'm an experienced construction manager and project leader with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Union University in Belgrade. Throughout my career, I've gained extensive experience in leading and managing construction projects, especially in the telecommunications and construction sectors. I've successfully led projects in various areas such as roofing, thermal insulation, drywall, electrical installations, and more. My responsibilities included preparing bids, cost estimation, organizing subcontractors, site management, and quality assurance. I also have knowledge in project management, budget planning, and resource coordination. I have excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a confident demeanor. My work style is meticulous, reliable, and solution-oriented. I speak fluent Serbian, have very good English skills, and good German skills. I'm looking for a new professional challenge as a construction manager or project leader that matches my skills and experience.
