I'm an Online Communication Manager with extensive expertise in project management, process digitalization, and communication strategies. Since October 2013, I've been working at a leading company in Bochum, where I handle the management and coordination of agencies and project teams, develop and implement communication strategies, digitalize processes, and offer GDPR consulting. I'm also skilled in budget management and crisis communication. My education includes a degree as an IT Management Assistant and another as an Information Technology Assistant. Besides my professional work, I've been actively involved with the Dortmund Fire Department for many years, taking on various leadership roles, including Managing Director of the City Fire Department Association and trainer for basic courses and team leaders. I have extensive knowledge of Office 365 and speak German as my native language and English at a good level. My skills include analytical evaluations, agency management, process management, and communication strategy.
