With extensive experience in the construction industry and a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and real estate economics, I bring a versatile expertise to the areas of construction management, cost estimation, and project control. My professional career includes significant positions at renowned companies, where I have gained extensive knowledge in managing civil engineering works, turnkey construction, as well as developing and managing projects in the retail sector. Additionally, I have successfully founded and managed a subsidiary company in civil engineering until its closure. I hold a diploma in civil engineering (FH) and a degree as a technical business administrator (IHK), complemented by further education as a retail property manager at IREBS. These academic qualifications, combined with my practical experience in project work and construction supervision, enable me to efficiently and effectively lead projects to success. My skills encompass not only the technical and economic aspects of the construction industry but also strong leadership abilities and the capacity to work in and motivate teams. I am dedicated, determined, and always focused on achieving optimal results. With fluent English skills and a wide range of interests, ranging from economics to yoga and cycling, I bring both professional and personal skills to every new challenge.
