Construction Engineer

As a civil engineer with extensive experience in both building construction and civil engineering, and a strong inclination towards project management and coordination of subcontractors, I am looking for a new professional challenge in project management or project leadership. My career includes significant stages in Brazil and Germany, with my recent focus being on civil engineering, particularly fiber optic expansion. I am highly motivated to bring my expertise in planning and implementing construction projects, with a particular passion for civil engineering, despite my original training in building construction. My experiences include successfully applying for building permits, coordinating and supervising construction work, conducting construction meetings, and overseeing safety and quality standards on site. My ability to efficiently manage projects is supported by my language skills in German (currently B2), Italian, Portuguese, and my further education in construction management and BIM management. I live in Bielefeld and am open to positions that require travel up to 1-2 times per week, while maintaining a balanced work-life balance is important to me. I am looking for a position where I can bring my communication skills and technical knowledge into a cooperative and progressive corporate culture to jointly realize innovative and sustainable construction projects. My career so far has taught me to not only manage projects but also think visionary and see every construction project as an opportunity to sustainably improve living spaces for people.
