I'm an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist with over 4 years of professional experience in operational processes within the banking sector. My focus is on ensuring compliance with codes of conduct and all other regulatory requirements, including data protection, information security, FMA, and anti-money laundering regulations. In my previous roles, I've gained extensive knowledge in transaction processing, quality control, risk compliance, and customer service. Although I don't have much experience in the construction industry, I'm highly motivated to break into this field and develop my skills further. I'm now looking for a new professional challenge where I can take my expertise and experience to the next level of learning and growth.
