I'm a dedicated and versatile professional with extensive experience in various fields. Currently, I work as a caregiver in Berlin, where I assist patients and those in need with personal hygiene, dressing, and eating. I also help with movement, positioning, and transferring patients, and I promote their emotional well-being through compassionate care. Previously, I spent over ten years as a traffic police officer and shift leader in Bosnia and Herzegovina. During this time, I gained extensive experience in traffic regulation, conducting traffic checks, and managing shifts. My skills in organizing, coordinating, and training teams, as well as resource management, are well-developed. My education includes a technical vocational training as a construction technician, a degree in traffic engineering, and further training as an inspector at the police academy. I also have good computer skills and hold driver's licenses for classes A, B, C, and E. I speak fluent Bosnian and Croatian, and I have basic knowledge of German, which I am continuously improving. Personally, I am characterized by my communication skills, organizational talent, sense of responsibility, and a positive attitude. I am flexible, always ready to improve, and bring a high level of commitment and initiative.
