With extensive experience and strong qualifications in construction management and plastering, I am seeking a position that allows me to bring my skills in turnkey construction and building construction. Over the past few years, I have successfully managed projects up to 4000 square meters, demonstrating my know-how in efficient handling and coordination of construction projects. As a state-certified technician in building construction and master plasterer, I bring not only the necessary technical expertise, but also a deep passion for high-quality construction. My professional career includes a versatile activity in construction site processing, material ordering and the direct craft of plastering. Working with subcontractors and leading teams of 20 to 40 people were among my regular tasks. Through my work, I have developed a preference for building construction and am striving for a position where I can fully dedicate myself to this area, while I would like to refrain from civil engineering tasks. I speak fluent German, English and Croatian, which allows me effective communication with a wide range of project participants. For the right job, I am mobile within a radius of 70 km around my place of residence and prefer an activity that allows me to work predominantly in the regional area. My goal is to take on a leading role in a dynamic company where I can bring my extensive knowledge and passion for construction. I am motivated to face new challenges and make a visible difference through my work.
