Project Leader

As an experienced engineer in the field of electrical engineering, with a strong background in the development and maintenance of automatic systems, as well as comprehensive expertise in project and development management, I am looking for a new professional challenge that allows me to apply my skills and knowledge in a dynamic and innovative environment. I completed my academic career with a master's degree in electrical engineering and have since been able to work in leading roles in various countries, including Norway and Bosnia and Herzegovina. I have solid knowledge in programming with tools such as Matlab, Visual Studio Core C#, C++, as well as experience in handling PLC systems like WinCC and Tia Portal. My professional experience includes working in the aerospace industry, where I was involved in the manufacturing and maintenance of control systems for logistics and safety conveyor systems, up to the founding and management of my own companies specializing in the development of information systems for businesses. Through my work, I have not only developed technical skills, but also strong communicative competencies in several languages, including German, English, Norwegian, and Croatian, which allows me effective communication in international teams. I am someone who can quickly familiarize myself with new technologies and is always striving to find innovative solutions for complex problems. In addition to my professional passion, I enjoy spending my free time actively, especially through skiing, swimming, and cycling, which helps me stay rested and focused. I am looking for a position that allows me to use my extensive experience in technology development and management to develop and implement sustainable, innovative solutions.
