Construction Engineer

I have 5 years of experience working in the construction industry in Germany. I started as a Junior Site Manager in 2018 and progressed to a Site Manager role. In these positions, I have managed teams of workers and overseen various construction projects. I am skilled in planning and coordinating construction activities, inspecting work progress, and ensuring quality control. I have strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities when challenges arise on the job site. I am familiar with relevant building laws and regulations in Germany. My experience has allowed me to develop leadership and communication skills in managing construction teams and collaborating with various stakeholders. I am able to read and understand architectural and structural plans. My goal is to continue growing my management experience in the construction sector.
