I am a qualified civil engineer specializing in construction. Throughout my career, I have held diverse and challenging positions in Germany, Poland, and China. From 1988 to 2004, I held several senior positions, including managing director and partner at Gutmacher & Partner GbR. In this role, I was responsible for the production of plastic lenses in Xuzhou, China, and led a project funded by the state of Brandenburg to train Chinese opticians in Rathenow. As the majority shareholder of Immobilia Consult Sp. z o.o in Wroclaw, Poland, I was involved in land acquisition, project development and monitoring, particularly for the construction of supermarkets. Since 1990, I have been running GUTMACHER Engineering and Real Estate Office, gaining extensive experience in various phases of the HOAI (Official Scale of Fees for Services by Architects and Engineers) and real estate brokerage. I have also worked as the head of the traffic department in Rathenow, focusing on road construction, civil engineering, and other transportation projects. My expertise includes construction management, project management, real estate development, and sales. I have experience leading teams of up to 1,200 employees and have been responsible for budgets of up to approximately 15 million euros. My portfolio includes numerous successfully completed projects in Germany, Poland, and China. My strengths lie in the precise analysis of complex problems, enthusiasm for new challenges, and the ability to motivate project participants.
