I am a trained foreman in construction and a state-certified construction technician specializing in high-rise construction. This rare combination of many years of practical experience and knowledge as a site manager is my strength in avoiding deficiencies, in quality assurance and in the daily construction site routine with the team on site. 30 years of concentrated experience in high-rise construction, industrial construction and SF construction. My specialty in site management is shell construction, solid construction, expansion (wet trades) I also cover the niche trade of COLD STORAGE CONSTRUCTION with great experience and interest. Especially in the construction of logistics centers, high-bay warehouses and in industrial construction in the food industry, it is indispensable. 2 years of experience in the technical service of a large hospital were also a special experience.
