Construction Engineer

I'm an experienced and dedicated civil engineer with an impressive professional career in project management, leadership, and consulting. My passion for civil engineering began during my studies at the University of Prishtina, where I obtained a bachelor's degree in civil engineering construction. With a solid foundation, I started my professional journey at BECHTEL-ENKA, where I worked as an independent civil engineer and construction manager. This position allowed me to deepen my skills in bridge construction, asphalt paving, and sewer construction. My contribution to the successful implementation of projects was characterized by precise execution, effective supervision, and informed advice. The experiences continued at BEJTA COMMERCE and ZUKA COMPANY, where I further expanded my knowledge in various construction projects. I am particularly proud of my time at NNSH Ndertimi, where I was effectively involved in project management and consulting from January 2015 to December 2019. Since March 2020, I have been applying my expertise as an independent project planner at Bejta com, where I successfully contribute my skills in high-rise construction. My activities not only include the technical implementation of construction projects, but also ensuring quality supervision and competent advice. My expertise extends to Archicad, Autocad, and MS Office, and I am always keen to continuously educate myself and stay up to date with the latest technologies. In addition, I am proficient in Albanian (native language), Serbian (very good), German (B1), and English (good). As a charismatic personality, I bring not only technical expertise but also a strong ability in team leadership and communication. My professional journey reflects my dedication to high-quality construction projects, and I am always mindful of leaving a sustainable impact through my work.
