As an experienced site manager and journeyman carpenter with over a decade of professional experience in construction, I bring a solid expertise in managing large projects and leading teams of 30-35 employees. I have successfully led projects such as the construction of 70 residential units and have strong skills in coordinating and supervising construction projects. My career path includes positions at renowned companies, where I was able to gain comprehensive knowledge in various aspects of construction, from planning to completion. I am looking for a new challenge within a radius of 25-50 km around Schleswig, where I can bring in and further develop my competencies. Traveling for work is not an obstacle for me. I also value a good team and opportunities for further training. My working languages are German and Russian, with a high proficiency in both spoken and written German. My goal is to work in a company that values quality, efficiency, and teamwork.
