I'm an experienced construction manager and site supervisor with over 15 years of professional experience in construction management, especially in phase 8. I have a solid educational background with an M.Sc. in Construction and Real Estate Management from HTW Berlin and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from AZU Zanjan. I've got extensive experience leading general contractor projects in both the private and public sectors, including building construction, HVAC, road and bridge construction, and water and wastewater treatment. Some of my standout projects include the renovation of the 2052 Lofts in Berlin, the construction of the Altlandsberg High School campus, and managing the Charsou Mall in Tehran. My strengths lie in project management, intercultural management, and using digital solutions to optimize construction processes. I speak German, English, Persian, Azerbaijani, and Turkish, and I'm skilled in various software solutions like ORCA/AVA, Solibri BIM, Bluebeam Revu, Primavera Cloud/P6, and CAD/Revit BIM.
